In 1996, we at IncrediPet began a two year re-vamp of
our stores.
We made all our locations look consistent, and added some new products
and services. One of the most popular was live fish. We had limited
experience with fish and had never kept any on the scale we were
about to tackle. So we went to the experts and bought the most technologically
advanced fish keeping systems in the world. The systems we opted
for use a filtration system similar to that of a water treatment
plant and have controls built in for temperature and other measures
of water quality. The units haven't made fish-keeping fool-proof,
but they certainly started us off on the right foot.
Years later we've learned lots of lessons, lost a few fish
and sold more than I can begin to count. People constantly remark
on how healthy our fish are and how helpful the "guys" in the fish
room are. We receive shipments of fish twice a week, and we are
glad to special order anything you don't see but you would like.

We will gladly give you a refund or replace any freshwater fish
up to 7 days after purchase. The receipt and the fish are required
for replacement or refund. We have no guarantee on saltwater fish.
